Returns
Our Collect+ return service is available at a cost of £3 per parcel. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount once we have received back your parcel. This service should only be used when returning items for a refund or exchange. Please note: the maximum size for returning a parcel on this service is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm and it must weigh under 10KG. Please fill in your Adini/Skyla order number and then your email, you will then receive an automated email from which to print your return label and find your closest Collect+ drop-off store.
